Parasol, will be hosting a series of AWR webinars over the coming weeks.

As the onset of the AWR rapidly approaches, the webinars, hosted by Anita Whittle, Parasol’s Chief Operating Officer, will address the confusion that still surrounds the legislation in the recruitment and staffing industry. It will also examine all of the solutions that have been put forward to date and participants will have the opportunity to discuss their pros and cons, as well as ask Anita any subsequent questions – all in real time.

The sessions will also cover Parasol’s own solutions and how the company can help recruiters navigate the legislation change with minimal cost, hassle and risk.

There are two more sessions in June, running weekly on:

  • Thursday 23rd June @ 3pm – now expired
  • Thursday 30th June @ 1:30pm – now expired

All are open to recruiters across the UK and it’s free to take part. To register simply send an email to agency@parasolgroup.co.uk and you will be sent a link to take you to the registration webpage.

Commenting on the webinars, Anita, who is also a chartered accountant with 16 years experience, five of which have been focussed on the recruitment and temporary worker sector, said: “I’m really looking forward to hearing everyone’s views and comments. We’ve already had a great deal of interest and registrations so there will be plenty of input from recruiters.

“As long as all those in the supply chain for temporary or agency workers take a partnership approach and are willing to have open and honest dialogue with each other, then the AWR does not have to be the onerous piece of legislation that many commentators claim it to be.”
